INDIANA BONES

A few photographs from my excursion through Copán, an ancient Maya city located in western Honduras near the border of Guatemala. This was my first real exposure to precolonial archaeology in Central America. Copán is amazing and I can’t recommend it enough - and pay for admission to the underground, man-made jaguar tunnels!
